Our bar prides itself on the concept of Whatever You Say, wherein you can talk to the bartender and tell them your desired flavour profile, choice of spirit, and any other requirements, et voila, you have your cocktail!
We also focus on making most of our ingredients in-house, with a lot of seasonal produce being used in cordials or pickles.
We have always taken immense pride in our bar being a Bartenders’ Bar. And staying true to that ethos, we give free reign to our bartenders – no more will a cocktail menu limit their imagination. Now, for your cocktails we suggest an old-fashioned route. Place your faith in the bartender!
